Sarah Ellis is our host for the event.
Sarah Ellis, the CEO and Artistic Director of Theatre Inspiring Change, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in creating theatre. Her extensive career includes roles as a director, actor, writer, and public speaker. Sarah’s journey began with training at Rose Bruford Drama School, and she has since dedicated her work to promoting equity and inclusion. Her diverse portfolio spans business, government, education, and the community, and she takes pride in her collaborations with a wide range of audiences, including WorldPay, HMPPS Probation Service, Show Racism the Red Card, The Houses of Parliament, The Home Office, and numerous local authorities, schools, universities, prisons, businesses, and football clubs.
Through her work, Sarah has made a significant impact on over 88,000 young people and adults. Her productions have sparked important conversations and explorations of crucial topics such as misogyny, consent, homophobia, racism, sexism, domestic abuse, and county lines, contributing to a more informed and inclusive community.
Her awards include Silver Winner for Most Inspiring Business Women in the Best Businesswomen Awards 2022 and Gold Winner of Charity Champion 2019. Shortlisted in the European Diversity Award 2022, Finalist in the National Diversity Awards 2020 and Finalist in the Small Awards 2024, she knows the value of awards and what they can bring to your business or charity.
Sarah is thrilled to be hosting this fantastic celebration of female business achievement.
