We use your information to understand your needs and deliver you the best possible service. Specifically we will do the following:

We may periodically send promotional emails about new awards, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
In addition, we take photos and videos at our events, which may include but not limited to finalists, speakers, sponsors or possible entrants. Where photos and videos are taken that feature you as any of those listed, we may use those photos and videos for promotional purposes.
Your entry will include:
Your business turnover, profit and forecast figures
Your career profile and a personal biography
We use these to help us evaluate entries in the judging of the winners for each category. This information is only accessed by a restricted group of judges via our fully encrypted platform and is not available to any other BBWA employee or third party.
We will send finalists a confirmation of being shortlisted and regular updates about the final. We will also send details of any events prior to the finals including Awards Masterclasses and Launch events.
We use analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage. Any data collected will only be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s Privacy Policy. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
